I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems seeing your photo and the hairstyles. The help offered in our Get Satisfaction replies and on our help page are solutions that we do know have worked to correct this problem for other members. If you have tried those solutions and they have not resolved the issue then we are more than happy to offer you any further help that we can.

As requested, I have checked your account and was able to see the 5 photos that you have uploaded and the hairstyles without any issues. I have deleted the duplicate photos and kept 1 photo and edited it for you so that it can be used to view the hairstyles and would like to kindly ask that you please log into your account and let me know if you can see this photo in the navigator on the right hand side of the Virtual Hairstyler.

If you cannot, can you please send an email to katie@thehairstyler.com with the following details so that I can help you.

1. The internet browser you are using and the version.
2. The version of flash that you have installed on your computer.
3. The operating system you are using (Vista, XP etc).
4. If you have a firewall installed and what it is.

If possible, can you please also take a screen capture of your screen so that I can see what you see when you are looking at the Virtual Hairstyler. To do this, please log into your account, wait for the Virtual Hairstyler to load and then press "Prnt Scrn" on your keyboard. Next, open up a common program like "Paint" or "Microsoft Word" and paste the screen capture that you have taken, save the image/document and then attach it to your email.

To answer your security concerns, our website does provide a secure environment for the authorization of credit card transactions over the Internet.

If you'd like to check our security settings, please click on the padlock icon given in the lower corner of your browser when registering to confirm our valid security certificate. Your URL should also change to https to indicate a secure page.

To address your concerns, as well as celebrity hairstyles we also have a range of salon hairstyles. To see these hairstyles and try them with your photo, please go to our main hairstyles page at this link: http://www.thehairstyler.com/hairstyles. Alternatively, you can also use our search at this link: http://www.thehairstyler.com/hairstyl... to narrow down the styles that you want and to exclude any celebrity styles (click 'no' for 'include celebrities' on part 3 of the search.

In regards to the black box that asks you to save your hairstyle, we are working on removing this feature and will keep you posted.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel you have been mislead but we do state clearly on our home page that there are two levels of membership, a free standard membership where you can use every feature except the photo upload feature, and a premium membership which allows you to upload your photo as well as enjoy the features offered with the standard membership.

For help working out your face shape, please give our hair consultation a try. We list the main face shapes and their characteristics so you should be able to decide your face shape based on the info provided.

After deciding your face shape you can then use the consultation to find the right style for you.

A delete function has now been added for the photos.

To delete any photo uploaded to the Virtual Hairstyler, please click on the trash can icon that appears with the thumbnail of your photo when it loads in the Upload tab of the Navigator.
