Katy Richard set one of Katy Richard's replies as an official response to "Songs being added to queue??" in Grooveshark
Katy Richard replied on May 20, 2009 02:32 to the question "Songs being added to queue??" in Grooveshark:
It sounds like you have Autoplay turned on. Autoplay turns Grooveshark into a sorta radio station, where it will automatically pick songs it thinks you might like based on what you're currently listening to.
On the player part of Grooveshark, you should see one of the buttons has a gear on it. When Autoplay is turned on, the button lights up blue and the gear spins. If you click it, it will stop spinning, and Autoplay will stop automatically adding songs.

Hi Patricia,
What's your Grooveshark username? Have you tried using the Forgot Password button? It should email you a link that you can use to change your password to something different. If that doesn't work, I can see if we can have a new password generated and sent to the email address you signed up with.
In regards to your second question, right now Grooveshark does not have support for downloads.

Katy Richard set one of Katy Richard's replies as an official response to "Re-ordering songs" in Grooveshark
Katy Richard replied on March 29, 2009 22:01 to the question "Re-ordering songs" in Grooveshark:
It's not actually drag and drop right now, but yes, you can reorder the songs in a playlist.
If you click on My Music -> Playlists, then hover over the row of the playlist you want to change, you should see some icons appear. If you click on the one that looks like an 'i', a panel should open up on the right hand side of the screen with information about your playlist.
At bottom of this panel is a list of all the songs on the playlist. As you hover over each song, you'll see some options: Play, Add to Queue, Move Up, Move Down, and Delete.
Move up and down moves the position of the song in the playlist up or down, respectively, and delete removes the song from the playlist entirely.
Alternately, you can also make sure that there is nothing else in your queue (the list of songs leading into the player), add your playlist to the queue, and then use drag and drop to put the songs in your desired order. Then, click on the disk icon on the right edge of the queue to save it, choose 'Overwrite Existing...', and save your newly re-ordered playlist over itself.
Katy Richard set one of Katy Richard's replies as an official response to "How can I rename my playlist?" in Grooveshark
Katy Richard replied on March 29, 2009 21:49 to the question "How can I rename my playlist?" in Grooveshark:
Unfortunately at the moment there is no easy way to directly edit the name of a playlist. It's definitely a planned feature, it just keeps slipping through the cracks.
A workaround in the meantime would be to clear your queue, add your existing playlist to the queue, then click on the disk icon next to the queue to save it as a new playlist, and giving it the new name you want. Once it's saved, you can delete the old one.-

Katy Richard replied on March 27, 2009 06:15 to the question "Turning off auto suggestion" in Grooveshark:
Also, even if you are not logged in, you can turn off the suggestions for your current queue by clicking on the spinning gear button in the player. The gear should stop spinning and any suggested songs you haven't listened to yet will go away. Trashing the queue or reloading the page will turn it back on again.
Visiting http://grooveshark.com/autoplay lets you disable it for all queues in your account, so it always defaults to no suggestions.
Katy Richard replied on March 27, 2009 06:06 to the question "Can I set my widgets on auto-play (random next song)?" in Grooveshark:
Not at the moment, but it's definitely a feature we're planning; if not in the current widgets, then as a widget on its own.
As for your second question, what do you mean by the "widget" in the main page? Do you mean the full Grooveshark application? If so, then no, the Grooveshark application cannot be embedded on on other pages.
