Ya, Know....I always wonder about those 13 people to, since it seems most of my questions are answered by other users. I have the same error message and can not change my back ground. Now we have 23 twitter employees listening! Do you suppose they can hear us now??

Austin, Just want to thank you for hanging in with me. I really appreciated your ablity to articulate the problem so clearly. I really share your sentiment on how dependent I am on this program. I guess like a human assistant Sandy can come "down with something" and then the question becomes 'What now?"

OH MY GOODNESS!! I think we solved the problem. My calender is working. The download worked-it did not the last time I tried but it did this time!! Getting up at 4:30 Chicago time and catching Raul on the computer seemed to have solved the problem. THANK YOU!!

Thanks Rael. Maybe Austin will have better luck but I have been doing what you just suggested from the start of the problem. I have taken these same steps many times over. Maybe Austin can help here--since he describes the problem so much better than I do. Thank you Rael. I mean this is the nicest way but you might also want to check why "Sandy's helpers" are not respondng to e-mails. I have sent a number of them regarding this problem. This problem has been on the board for 16 days with "three Sandy employees listening" without any real consideration for the problem. When you love the product, and I do--this it is extreemly frustrating not to hear back from the company.

Not great. I have had an outlook calender problem that I posted 16 days ago, I also sent (as invited) multiple e-mail requests to Sandy's helper's. No response. Nada. I love using Sandy but a major part of her usefullness for me is the calender option. If three employees are here and participating its hard for me to understand why after 16 days they would not acknowledged and fix this problem or tell me it can't be fixed so we could all move on.

I feel your pain Austin. I have not heard back either and have sent multiple e-mails. Do we just keep this conversation going. I have tried everything I can think of ---including facing the learning curve of trying new stuff---and yet I can not even get an e-mail of response from a real Sandy person. Have you ever been to a town hall meeting?

Ok, I even subscribed to 30 boxes and it rejected the link. The link it broken. Even I can figure out that what is going on has nothing to do with my computer. The problem is internal. Austin, I hope you had better luck..

No luck. I even changed me default from Outlook to my Window calender. When I do this I receive a 500 server error

regarding the download the error message is as follows:

This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

Ok, I will try all of the above. No I am not behind a firewall or Proxy. More people may be having this problem than you think--check twitter--a number or people reported the same problem when I asked for help. Perhaps they went to Sandy's "On Line" contact for help?

Btw, I did not edit anything. For gosh sake, I don't even know how to ask you for support properly much less edit the link. I have no idea what it means to save something to disk and open it to a text editor, and wonder why I would need to do this now, when everything was working fine 10 days ago.
