I have given Gowalla alla permissons on Facebook, but I cannot update Facebook through Gowalla - only Twitter. The update switch is off and grayed out for Facebook, the Twitter switch is working. Any ideas as to why?

My problem is worse. Now I only see my own tweets in the timeline. Earlier I saw tweets from people I am (was?) following up until the time my timeline froze. I can also see @replies made to me, but that's it.

My problems have exactly the same symptoms. I had to log out and log in again to be able to post through web or any API, and not my timeline is frozen and I can't list my followers/following.

Post templates to different services

I think it'd be nice if you could add custom strings to an update on specific services. I've got Twitter in mind, where you can add #keyword to make your tweet searchable. I'd like to be able to add a hash-string to the updates sent to Twitter, but not the ones sent to Facebook, Jaiku and Brightkite. I could do the twitter post separately, but that'd kind of take the edge out of the ping.fm service (:

Several of the calendars I have created have disappeared after sharing them with many users (90 people in total). Is there a limit of how many users you can share a private Google calendar with? If not, how come that six out of eight calendars have disappeared without a trace?

Is there a way to get ping.fm to add a specifik string to a single service, when posting status updates to several services at once? I'd like it to add a specific string to the status update on Twitter every time I post, but I don't want the string to be posted to the other services. Now I'd have to do the same post twice, once to the other services, and once with the added string to Twitter.

I've got the same problem, but I don't have to log out and log in again. I just have to reload the page. So far, I've solved it by always reloading the dashboard before typing in a new post.

I realized that more information is needed. Almost every update I've made on my Twitter and Jaiku accounts the last two months have been made from Ping.fm. The only exceptions are replies to individuals on Twitter.

You can see that Twitter has the full post, while the Jaiku post is truncated. AFAIK Jaiku accepts the same amount of charactes as Twitter.

I've got the same problem. I use Ping.fm to post to Twitter, Facebook and Jaiku, and my messages are almost always truncated at Jaiku. They always post nicely to Facebook and Twitter though.
