No on-screen zoom control while editingWhen I'm editing an image there's no control in the window to control the zoom level. The slider that controls the zoom level in the browser should be repurposed to control the zoom level when editing. I shouldn't have to use the menu for this, especially because the menu doesn't let me pick intermediate zoom levels between the zoom stops.

Great!
I never have the problem of switching spaces when dragging windows. You have to drag so that the cursor is on the edge of the screen and hold it there for a full second for it to switch, which I never do - if my cursor hits the edge of the screen, I drop the window. I suspect you're dragging it and holding into it because you want to move it right back afterwards, yes? I just use Exposé for that (I never thought I'd ever use the corner hotspots until I actually turned them on and got used to using them).
And yeah, many applications don't behave quite right, but most of them do. The ones that don't are the ones that hold onto the window after it's closed and just re-display it, and even then it's often acceptable (if I think of an application as existing on a particular space, I don't mind switching back to that space when re-opening a window). Of course, the ones where this is a problem are extremely annoying, but TextMate finally just pushed out an update that fixed this issue for all of their windows (after I'd been bugging Allan Odgaard for months).

Spaces became much more manageable when they added the checkbox for "When switching to an application, switch to a space with open windows for the application" (that used to be default behavior, but now I can turn it off).
As for opening the window on the current space, check out-setCollectionBehavior:on NSWindow.

Drive Manager opens on wrong spaceExpanDrive opens the Drive Manager on the original space, and doesn't even switch to that space. It should open it on the current space always.

Friend Book scrolling ignores bottom barFriend Book doesn't take into account the bottom bar when calculating scrolling. In other words, the bottom-most element when viewing a contact is cut off. If the bottom bar were missing, it would look fine.

I'd like an easy way to mark an item as played/readIs there an easier way to mark an item as played/read besides going into edit mode, locating the Played/Read checkbox (since it moves depending on the size of content above it), checking that, and leaving edit mode? It would be great if there was a menuitem or something similar to just say "I've played/read this item".
