I'm sorry this is happening, but this is a known issue that occurs with the Build 7000 of Windows 7.

Since the public will be running this beta for a long time, I will provide a separate build especially for this release, I've had several hundreds of such reports.

I've tried some quick fixes but I can't get it to support your case. Up to now I've been using officially supplied internal Win 7 releases which don't sport this issue. I'm now getting my hands on the public release Build 7000 and I will do my best to address this.

If you are doing this in Windows 7, then it's a known problem. The system thinks it has SP1 for .net 3.5 but it doesn't. You need to run the .net installer from www.twittastic.net

If you're having this in Vista, I will have to look at it separately.

What I see reveals a data corruption issue that happens when Twittastic is terminated rather abruptly. Still this shouldn't happen.

Deleting the mentioned Sojourner folder and then running Twittastic will let you start over.

Do you get the common crash report popup ? I haven't gotten an error report in over a week. If you don't then the error is happening before Twittastic even starts.

It would really help if you could send me your application state. To do that, you can go to your c:\users\<username>\AppData\ zip and send me the 'Sojourner' folder. It does contain personal data but I can't examine your case without it.</username>

Remembering the Window position now works in all of my test machines. Please try it out and give me a shout if it doesnt.

I remember fixing this distinctly. Apparently Windows is overriding my option with a default location. I will work some win32 solution and address this later today.

Is size saving ok for you ?

You are rightfully confused. The feed settings icon will make more sense when you get multiple account support and search feeds in the form of tabs.

I was eyeing for this myself. However the existing SDK is not frozen and there's no reliable way to implement this. I do keep it in mind and will do it as soon as it's technically feasible.

Try R106. If it doesn't behave I will have to spank it. I now completely mimic the behavior that live messenger uses to show it's own popups.

If it doesn't work, I'll get back to it in the morning (2am here)

R105 should fix it for you. I've tested on Vista and XPSP2 Home. Please let me know if this bugs you again.

In R104 I brought in an ajax-loader style refresh. Let me know what you think.

The aliasing on the edges of the image are a known issue, I'm working to fix it completely.
