Dallas Brown replied on July 13, 2009 17:20 to the question "Events won't show up." in HashBang Industries:
If your events are not showing up, please verify the following:
The calendar to which you created the event is selected under Preferences -> Calendars.
That the event shows correctly in iCal.
That the date and/or time of the event is not in the past.
If all of these are correct, the best thing to do would be to take a screen shot of iCal (Cmd-Shift-4-Space Bar) and send that image as well as the file ~/Library/Preferences/com.hashbangind.ideskcal.plist in an email to: support at hashbangind.com and we can try and replicate the problem.
Thank you

Dallas Brown replied on July 04, 2009 04:41 to the problem "IDeskCal fails to correctly position its pane when changing displays." in HashBang Industries:
Konrad,
Can I ask what type of setup you are using?
(What screen do you put it on to start and at what resolution, and then where it switches too and the resolution of that screen)
Also do you change the screen the dock shows on to the external display when connected?
I run iDeskCal in a similar method as to what you mentioned and I have not noticed any issues, so any info you can give will help me try and duplicate the problem.
Thanks

Greg, is this still happening?
Does it happen every time you reboot?
If it happens again, could you open Activity Monitor (Applications -> Utilities) and find the iDeskCal line and click on the big 'Sample Process' button at the top?
This will give you a window with a bunch of text in it.
On the side there is a 'Save' button.
If you could send us that saved file it would help in figuring out what is happening.
Thanks!
Dallas Brown set one of Dallas Brown's replies as an official response to "Change the size!" in HashBang Industries
Dallas Brown replied on June 28, 2009 04:30 to the question "Change the size!" in HashBang Industries:
I am sorry you are having this problem.
First thing I would suggest is to make sure you are running the latest version of iDeskCal. You can get the latest version by clicking on the menu and selecting Check for Updates.
You can also get the latest version from the website.
Once you have the latest version of iDeskCal you should be able to change the size and position of iDeskCal from the Preferences.
Some of the earlier builds disabled the height/width fields when using 'Make Draggable and Resizeable", however the latest version does not have this restriction.
Hopefully this will fix your issue.
Thank you
