you need to do a reverse geocode lookup. you can do this using web services, or download here: http://geocoder.ibegin.com/downloads.php

Ampersands in market name need to be accommodated
Farmers Markets with "&" in the name don't display correctly. e.g. http://www.localharvest.org/farmers-m... shows Art Market Downtown. "Colorado Farm & " are chopped off.
