Peter,
At this time you have a credibility problem. This problem is not because your products do or do not work as advertised. It is because you told the public you were going to do something, and you haven’t done it.
Your company brought a cool sounding new product to CES (the largest consumer electronics show in the nation) and said you would have it available for purchase “soon”.
You have since published several release dates and missed them all.
Your potential customers are frustrated and angry, and you haven’t even delivered the product yet. This puts you in the position of having to “re-sell” your company, your capabilities and your product.
This situation is unfortunate and frustrating, and entirely avoidable. Tell your potential customers the truth, and keep your commitments.

The California hands free cell phone law goes into effect today!
I now have no choice, but to go elsewhere for a headset.
I'm really angry you posted the July 1 date and have missed it! If I'd known you weren't serious about shipping July 1st, i would have ordered a Jawbone 2 and I'd have it already.
