We tried our best to get the Journal sharing and new UX out today but we had too many issues, so now we are looking to release a week late, mid next week. Apologies for the delay and thanks for you patience. We are a small team with a huge workload. Thanks again.

The simple answer is currently you cant at the moment as it breaks your relationship with friends on Diary.com. Its on our Development list to look at though.

Hi Dori - go to 'Add Event' then you will see 'Add Birthday' then just add the Birthday. Diary.com will remind you on time with discounts for Birthday Cards, Flowers and Gifts making it easier and a great deal for you. Facebook does no have this feature. Many Thanks for your patience!
