All you need to do is delete the html code of the widget you want to remove. Edit your profile and go to the section you posted the widget and look for the code.

The beginning of the code looks like this: <center height="207"></center>

To delete a voice comment, first log into Snapvine.com. Then in the “My Voice Comments” section, click on the link to “view all.” From here just click on the “X” next to the comment you want to delete. If you have any other questions, let me know!

We don’t yet have a function to delete an account. Let me suggest a couple things you can do. If you no longer want your voice recorder on your page, just delete the code from your profile. If you don't want people to leave you messages, just clean out your Snapvine profile. Do this by logging onto your Snapvine account and click "ACCOUNT" then "PHONE NUMBERS" and delete your number. Next select "EMAIL ADDRESS" and enter a fake email address. Then go to "EDIT PHOTO" and delete your photo. By doing this, you’ll break all the links that connect your Snapvine account to you. Have a nice day!

You are able to call and leave messages without having an account, but it just will not be an personal as you see with other people. There will not be a picture and instead of saying your name it will say "New User".

If you are trying to remove the widget on your social network, go to your social network account settings and go to the "About Me" section and remove the HTML code. If this was the last thing embedded in your page then it should be the last HTML code entered in this section. If you have any questions please feel free to write back.

Let me know if you are still having this problem. What steps are you taking and what are you expieriencing when you try to leave a voice comment? Make sure that you are using that temp code within the two minutes it gives you, they will expire after that. Write us back and we will be happy to help you further.

Snapvine.com is a free site, but if depending on your phone providers charges you may be charged for dialing long distance (206). If you are not able to dial long distance you can always use your computers microphone, which would be completely free. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
