As you stated above, this individual gained access to your email account, which is almost certainly how he gained access to your Name.com account. I'm sure you understand that we cannot be responsible for protecting your email account.

Yes, it is true it has been a very busy month for us. Your comment regarding our support team's ignorance is uncalled for. I would appreciate it if you treat our staff with the same level of respect that you expect from them.

We have considered getting an 800 number a few times. It's something we will continue to look at regularly.

Van - thanks very much for reporting this. We've taken a look at this and it doesn't look like the domain name was really registered during your first transaction, but the time stamp does match to the second transaction.

Heer - the domain name Jatt-King.com is currently using our default nameservers. Please log into your Name.com account and click on the domain name then click on the Edit Name Servers link on the right. You can change the name servers from there. It *can* take as long as 24 hours to propagate, however it's usually very quick.

As you stated above, this individual gained access to your Gmail account, which is almost certainly how he gained access to your Name.com account, by requesting a password. I'm sure you understand that we cannot be responsible for protecting your Gmail account.

It is never a good idea to post this much information in a public forum.

I'm not sure I follow. Quanada is currently only registered in the .org extension. You may register it in multiple other TLD extensions for your own use.

The quanada.org website is currently used by an organization that caters to strengthening families. I don't think there's any harm done by that usage.

Most of us use Firefox internally and we're not having any problems. Are you still experiencing this issue?

Domain registration is generally a no refund scenario, but we do occasionally make extend a courtesy - but support will have to review. Sound good?
