I have checked my TwitterFeed and the only thing going out from there are my blog posts and Diggs. So I cannot figure it out to save my life.

I am getting duplicate updates at Twitter. I do not use Brightkite, and I cannot find any service I'm using that updates Twitter. Can someone please help me?
