Hi Tyler,

Were you able to find a solution for your problem? I have a laptop in a docking station and the sound won't come out of the docking station port when using Songbird. What's weird is using gstreamer from the command line sound comes out of the laptop audio port as well as the docking station which is what I would expect.

Audio output through laptop docking station not working
Audio output through laptop docking station is not working. When my laptop is in the docking station the audio only plays through the laptop speakers and not through the speakers I have plugged into the docking station. I don't think it's a gstreamer issue because when I run the following command "gst-launch-0.10 playbin uri=<file>" the sound comes out of both docking station speakers and the laptop speakers fine. Does anyone know how I can get Songbird to play through the docking station speakers?
