Kenneth Dreyer replied on July 09, 2009 17:14 to the idea "How about making this community multilingual?" in Get Satisfaction:
Hi there. First of all, Get Satisfaction is a great service and I would love to use it for my company - however, my company is located in Norway and 99.9% of my customers are Norwegian and I'm pretty sure not all of them would be comfertable with going to an English site to get support.
So my question is - will ever get satisfaction be translated to Norwegian? And if not, would you be interested in a partnership with Norwegian company that could run a Norwegian version of this site?

Kenneth Dreyer reported a problem in Leaseweb on January 13, 2009 12:35:
Bad support offered by Leaseweb6 days ago I noticed that the hard drive in my server was about to crash (and my server was down, not working). I called Leaseweb up and explained it to them. They claimed it was working fine. After a couple of emails, I get a respond 5 days ago saying it was working fine. I get mad and call them up - after a bit of arguing they realize that the server is actually broken and promise to replace it within two hours. The hours fly's by and office hours end - everyone goes home and my server is still down. Their so called 24/7-support is closed the whole weekend so I wait another two days. Then comes monday and I get a hold on Leaseweb - they tell me the server will be up in a few hours. The day goes by and I call several times until they close again. Still no server. Their apparantly always working on it.
Today, the 6th day, it's Tuesday. Just called several times and finally get a hold of the guy who is actually working on my server. He tells me: "I think the HD is broken because everything is going so slow." Really? I've been saying that for 6 days now and they just realised it? But did he want to check it? No, he wants to "run some more tests".
Can someone please explain to me why they give such poor customer service?

Why do you lie about 24/7 support? Why does everyone at leaseweb claim that leaseweb have 24/7 support, but if you try calling to any of the numbers listed on the website after office hours, you get a message saying that leaseweb support is only open during office hours from monday to friday?
Kenneth Dreyer asked a question in Google on May 30, 2008 05:45:
What happened to "Don't be Evil"?When is Google going to start giving their advertisers and publishers second changes (or at least warnings) when it comes to Adsense?
And why doesn't Google stick to search, since their now moving into a lots of other niches on the internet (like travel) ?
Kenneth Dreyer marked one of Eric Suesz's replies in Get Satisfaction as useful. Eric Suesz replied to the question "How do Get Satisfaction make money?". Kenneth Dreyer and 4 other people think it's one of the best replies.
