Alison - try Matt's video at http://blogtactics.com - scroll down the "videos" list - I recall him mentioning alignment.

As you can see I too have a dilemma with mine - not much help around here.

Hey all - I just added the Recent visitors to my blog. I have one (yippee), but the picture does not show up correctly - it's chopped off? Any solution suggestions? I've tried using normal and small pictures.
