Hi Kathy,

I'm sorry to hear this! Are you having a problem logging into your account? If so, have you tried resetting your password?
You can reset your password as follows:
1) Click on the "forgot password" link below the login boxes in the top right hand corner of the SynthaSite homepage.
2) Fill in the email you used to create your account
3) Check your email inbox (and the junkmail folder if you don't receive it!) An email will be sent to you with a link to click on.
4) This link will take you to a page where you can reset your password

You will then be able to log into your account with your original email address and your new password.

Please let me know if this works.

Hey awesome site you did a good job on it. Mine is www.teamironblood.synthasite.com. It's a gaming site so if you or you children like gaming, you might want to check it out. I would rate it PG. So it won't scare the younger kids. Again nice site!!!!!

AOL email addresses seem to have more problems than others receiving emails from us.

I have the same problem. I signed up to this site over 3 hours ago and never received an email. I've checked my profile and the email address is fine. I checked my spam folder and nothing is there. I clicked on the link to report not getting an email and that didn't work either. My email address is on AOL - has that been a problem with other people?
