Thanks Will - Your site still exists in your account. I would suggest exiting your account and logging back in. You might lose your latest changes though :( Let me know if this works. – Kershnee, on November 13, 2009 16:59

Kershnee replied on November 12, 2009 18:17 to the question "How can I get an image from one website file manager to another" in Yola:
Hi Donald,
Unfortunately you can't share a File Manager between two sites, but perhaps this will work instead:
1. Select all of the files or folders in the File Manager that you would like to upload to the other site. You can select more than one by holding down your Shift or CTRL key (depending on if you want to select all or only some).
2. Right-click on the selection and choose "Download as zip".
3. Download the zip file to your computer.
4. Open your other site and click on the "File Manager" button.
5. Upload the zip file and right-click - choose "Unzip".
6. All of your files and folders will be added to your File Manager very neatly!

Hi There,
Sorry to hear you are having difficulty with this. Here are some instructions that may help you to get started:
1) In the "Content" sidebar at the right of your screen, there are widgets. Widgets allow you to add things such as text (writing) and pictures onto your webpage. You add these to your page by clicking on them with your mouse and then, holding the button of your mouse down, dragging them across the screen. If you are doing it properly a grey image of the widget will move across the page. When the widget is over the page let go of your mouse button. You will then be able to start editing the widgets to add content such as text, images and videos. What is a Widget? - http://www.yola.com/tutorials/what-is...
2) We also have detailed, step-by-step instructions, to access these please search our help topics - http://www.yola.com/customer-support or check the tutorials - http://www.yola.com/tutorials.
Please have a look at these and if you have any further questions feel free to post them here.

Hi Daniel,
I'm sorry to hear you are struggling to upload files and we would like to find out why this is happening. Please can you check the following:
1. I see you have tried with both FF and Chrome. Google Chrome is not currently a supported browser for Yola, and older versions are particularly problematic. Can you update to latest version of FF as well. Can you try IE and Safari as well.
2. What operating system are you using?
3. Check what version of Flash you have installed. In order to find out click this link. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Flash.
4. How are you connecting to the internet? (eg, from home, work, school, internet cafe etc)
5. If you have access to a different browser, computer or network environment please try to upload a file and let us know if the error still occurs or if you get a different result.
6. Please can you try logging out of your Yola account and clearing your browser's cache (this link has more information: How to clear your cache
7. Please can you make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies from Yola (this link has more information: How to accept cookies
Any additional information you can share with us will help us get to the bottom of this problem and find a solution. Thank you for working with us on this.

If you are looking at adding a chatroom to your site, you can use one of these options:
You can add a chatroom widgets by using the Widgetbox Gallery, this is how:
1. Drag and drop a Widgetbox Gallery widget onto your page.
2. A dialog box will open, click on the 'chat' category.
3. Choose the chatroom that you would like to use on your site.
4. Customise the settings (remember to register on the related site eg. www.meebo.com, as you need to add your id).
5. Click on the green 'Get Widget' button and it will be saved and added to your page.
6. Save and preview your page to view the widget.

2. Find or create your chatroom.
3. When you are done, copy the code.
4. In Yola, drag and drop an HTML widget onto your page.
