I have found that if I force a download and I get gaps in the data, I can get the missing data by repetedly forcing further downloads, it may take 4 or 5 attempts.

I have the same problem with gaps in the data, I am not sure if anyone has sent you the diag data so have sent this to you by email. This problem is seen on both Vista and XP.

UPDATE
A full CC128 reset fixed this problem.

CurrentCost GUI not updating Previous days data to graph

Hi I have forced my CC to download today 11/09/09, but yesterdays data is not shown in the day graph, bi-hourly data appears to be ok, though this took numerouse forced downloads to update graphs. I looked in the diag log and can see yesterdays data (d001).
I waited for the automatic update at 17:01, and all graphs were updated correctly so I am not sure if it is a problem with the monitor or the GUI when used in conjuction with the forced download.

CC128 Force download not working

I have followed Dale’s instructions on forcing a download from the CC128; unfortunately I have not been able to get this to function. The 1 min past odd hours works OK. Any help on this would be much appreciated as I do not leave my computer connected all the time. I have also tried using HyperTerminal but for some reason this stops receiving data intermittently. I have a debug file that may help

I have fixed this problem, did not realise that data was sent on every odd hour (RTFM). I have not been successful in forcing a download from the unit though.

Hi I have managed to get real time data displayed on my PC, but cannot get any history data. I get to the down load screen with 3 vertical blue bars.
My firmware version is 0.11
