This solved it for me, YMMV
For some reason you don't have an extensions.lastAppVersion preference. Its actually not used by mediaflow, thats just some dead code. Go to the url bar and type about:config and hit enter, then right click and make a new string preference named extensions.lastAppVersion and give it a value (it doesn't actually matter what for mediaflow) I'll remove it for the next version. Sorry.
