I think the biggest thing the bosses will end up wanting is removing the branding if we go to a Pro account. I have a feeling the all public option will be quite an issue but via some CSS I could probably remove that section that shows the most recent/popular suggestions on the right of the page that opens when the tab is clicked.

I'll talk to some of the higher ups and see about possibly doing a pro trial to see if it'll work for what we want to do. Thanks for the help Paul!

Researching for implementation
I'm researching Skribit for our newspaper to use for feedback and questions. Some questions would be how much branding customization can we do for parts on Skribit's servers. Also are there ways to turn off the public viewing option so all feedback is shown only to us and responded too? I have a a feeling this wold be requested. The service looks really awesome.
