Mashtape high cpu usage Mac OS
Songbird cpu usage is high when using Mashtape addon. I get 20-30% cpu usage playing a song when mashtape is enabled and around 15% when songbird is idle. Im using a Macbook pro with Songbird 1.1.2 and Leopard 10.5.6

Disabling Mashtape solves the problem.

Had the same problem with Macbook pro and Songbird 1.1.2. As sandrorib mentionned, disabling Mashtape solved the problem. So the problem is with mashtape addon.

Same problem with version 1.1.2. Between 20-30% cpu usage playing flac song on Macbook Pro and Leopard 10.5.6 and at least 15% usage when songbird idle not playing anything (apple + h).

**Edit: Looking at other thread, I found that disabling Mashtape addon resolved the problem. The bug is in mashtape addon not Songbird.
