Hello Douglas,
I have uploaded an installer package for Topaz Adjust v3.2.4, you can download it at this link: http://www.topazlabs.com/src/topazadj...
First, run the uninstalladjust3 script in the package, and then run the installer. You should be able to double-click on the uninstalladjust3 to run it, if it does not, open Terminal app, and run the uninstall script in the Terminal as a shell script: >sh uninstalladjust3
Please let me know if this solves the Adjust3 problem for you.
Best Regards,
Kevin

Kevin replied on July 03, 2009 18:30 to the discussion "Interested in Topaz Adjust plug-in for Apple Aperture?" in Topaz Labs:
You don't have to use Photoshop to use the Topaz plug-ins for Aperture. But, if you happen to use Photoshop, these Topaz plug-ins would work for Photoshop and in fact they are native Photoshop plug-ins.
If you just have Aperture, they should run on your Aperture as a plug-in through the Topaz Fusion Express.
It should only take a few minutes to get an email with trial license keys after you send your email to our system. Have you checked your Spam folder? Sometimes, the email could be placed there by the email client that you are using.

Kevin
Kevin replied on July 03, 2009 17:10 to the discussion "Interested in Topaz Adjust plug-in for Apple Aperture?" in Topaz Labs:
Hello Douglas,
It is the same registration key for "Aperture plug-in" Topaz Adjust. The Topaz Adjust that you are running is the same Topaz Adjust for Photoshop, and it actually is installed under your Photoshop CS3/CS4 plug-in directory. And if you can also use it in Photoshop. The Aperture Fusion Express simply imports it into Aperture through a technique called emulation.
If you already have a key for Topaz Adjust, you should not need to enter another key; if you don't have Topaz Adjust installed before, you can get a 30-trial key for Topaz Adjust 3 from our website at this link: http://www.topazlabs.com/downloads/ (enter your e-mail address in the text box, trial license keys will be emailed to you).
Please let me know if this works for you.
Thank you,
Kevin

Topaz Plug-ins Aperture Support Beta Available Now!Topaz Fusion Express V1.0 Beta is released, and can be downloaded from our ftp site following this link:
http://www.topazlabs.com/src/topazfus...
Topaz Fusion Express is our solution to providing Aperture support. It is an Aperture edit plug-in that imports Topaz Photoshop plug-ins into Aperture, provides Aperture users the same image editing capabilities and user experiences that Photoshop users have had with Topaz Photoshop plug-in products.
Please give it a try and let us know your comments and product improvement suggestions.
Thank you,

Kevin replied on April 29, 2009 15:35 to the problem "Adjust 3.2.2 Presets No Longer Match Version 2.6" in Topaz Labs:
Hello,
After making some side-by-side comparisons of the presets in 2.6 and 3.2.2, we did find that there are some small but noticeable differences between the resulted pictures of 2.6 and 3.2.2 using the identical preset. This is probably caused by the improved memory management in Adjust V3 which changed the block size slightly.
If you prefer the results of V2.6 presets, you can adjust the Strength setting inside the Adjust tab before applying V3.2.2 presets.
Best Regards,
Kevin

Kevin replied on April 26, 2009 15:19 to the question "about my version of topaz simplify" in Topaz Labs:
Hello Galen,
If you bought it on Apr 24, you probably have Simplify V1. You can check the version of your Simplify by going to Simplify, and select 'About' (in Simplify V1, this is a button on the main panel; for Simplify V2, it is a menu item inside Menu selection). V2 has many User Interface changes, for example, it added a Presets panel on the left side of the main window.

Kevin
