You can download an uninstall script from our ftp site (file uninstallAdjust.sh in directory src/misc), and then run the shell script in Terminal app.

For Mac users, we recommend uninstall Adjust v2 before installing v3. You can download an uninstall script, uninstallAdjust.sh, from our ftp site (under src/misc directory), and run the script in Terminal to uninstall Adjust v2.

No, you don't need to uninstall the older version of Adjust if you are using Adjust on a Windows machine, you can leave it there. But if you want to uninstall it, use Windows' "Add and Remove Programs" to do it.

Do you have both versions of Adjust under filter->topaz? If yes, you should select Topaz Adjust 3, not Topaz Adjust, and you may also want to remove the older version. Are you using an PC version or Mac version of Simplify?

If you are using the old PC version, you may want to download the beta veriosn of the new enhanced Topaz Simplify from Topaz Labs (http://topazlabs.com/src/topazsimplif...).

If you are using an Mac version of Simplify, try to reduce Photoshop's memory usage (to leave more memory for Plug-ins to use). You can do this from the Performance menu item under Preferences of Photoshop.

You may want to try to disable multi-processor support. This is a new Preferences setting added in Mac version of Topaz Adjust 3 to allow users to disable multi-processor support in Adjust 3. You need to quit and restart Photoshop in order for the setting change to take effect.

For Topaz Adjust v2 Mac users who have experienced problem of hung Photoshop when trying to print a image, you may want to use a new feature provided in Topaz Adjust v3 to disable multi-processor support in Topaz Adjust. To do this, go to Preferences under Menu, check "Disable Multi-Processor Support" check box, and click OK. A warning message will pop up to remind users that the change to this setting will only take effect after quitting PS and restarts PS, click OK. The printing problem should be fixed when using a single processor to run Topaz Adjust 3.
