Direct messages should be able to be viewed as inbox/sent or threaded. When somebody sends you a new DM, it shows up in the conversation as an "unread" flag instead of a separate message, like SMS on the iPhone. This might be integrated with the current IM-style DM method.

Brizzly's login page is kinda...ugly. That's the only problem I have with the interface. The font in the text fields doesn't go with the rest of the site, it's just...ugh! One like Twitter's would be nice...http://twitter.com/login

Using "D [Username] [Message]" to direct message someone from the Update box will send the DM, but it will appear to repeat your last tweet in the timeline until you refresh.

I'm downloading Obama's education speech (HD) off of YouTube, and at first I was getting the usual 200K. Now, it's hovering at around 84K. I think AT&T (my bastard of an ISP) is throttling traffic from YouTube as well. Are you on AT&T?

Make the delete button smaller and less red

Make the X to delete something smaller and less red. That way, first-time users won't see the X and think something went wrong. Just a tiny 16x16 button will do.

Add a link to send scheduled tweets now. It could be next to the X and proposed Edit link, and it would say something like "Send Now."
