Let me click on category break-down in the Profit and Loss statement and see the associated transactions.

If something looks "weird" in the P&L break-out, it would be great to be able to drill in. See my related comment about filtering the transaction list by category.

I think I've messed up some of my categories, but it's really tough to filter through the list of transactions to see which items I've flagged with which categories.

I should be able to do this the same way I filter by date or account.

It's more than my accountant is not 100% familiar w/ Less. I'm super careful. I'd like to make sure I know if something got changed. Balancing accounts is tough. If he was copying and pasting from early last year and deleted a digit, that's an afternoon I'd have to waste.

It's not as easy as trust/don't trust.

Let me assign multiple invoices to one deposit. Right now I have clients who send me one check for 2 or more invoices. I'd love to be able to add multiple invoices to one deposit.

Not sure I follow. I added tags to the expenses, but I don't see how that helps me in the invoice view. I'd like to have a one-click method to add line items for a set of expenses. – kevmoo, on March 02, 2009 18:02

Often I just assign line-item expenses to an invoice. It'd be nice to go beyond assigning an expense to a customer and assign it directly to a specific invoice. I should be able to multi-select a set of expenses and assign to an existing invoice or create new one.

I'd like a better experience for inputting dates.

The field for date is the biggest issue I have with Less Accounting (and it's a small issue). Use some JS magic to make this prettier. I *love* the date picker on Kayak.com.
