Can you be specific about what isn't working for you? I just tried out the demo on the homepage and I was able to get rankings for a few different websites. Do you have an account that's having some issues I can help you with?

That is the first format we're working on. The first 2 CSV exports we're making are your daily rankings (date, site, keyword, search engine, rank) and your live search feed (time, site, keyword, search engine, search page, landing page, language, ip, user-agent).
