This often happens if for some reason the OpenID URL has changed, or you're logging in with a different OpenID URL without realising. Can you try https://twitterfeed.com/reminder - this should display the OpenID URL(s) we have on record for a given twitter account. If you could then log in using the *exact* OpenID URL listed, you should see your feeds.
If you still don't see the feeds at this point, check what it says after the "logged in as" string - if this is different from what's been shown in the reminder page, contact me directly (mario at menti dot net) and I should be able to update things manually.

That's the problem! The Feed is active, but I cannot see it when I log into twitterfeed.

Just log back into twitterfeed, and under the feeds listed in "my twitter feeds" you'll see options to disable (set inactive) or delete each feed.
