Robert Yang replied on February 06, 2009 18:10 to the question "We're still waiting for Delete function!" in Kindle:
Chris,
Thanks for your feedback. We're working on this on a future upgrade. Meanwhile if you change the privacy setting of your prayer from "public" to "private", that will remove it from being viewed publicly. But private prayers will still be seen when you are logged in your account. Consider it an online prayer journal.
Let me know if you think this is better than a complete delete function.

Robert Yang reported a problem in HootSuite on February 06, 2009 16:29:
New user added as editor cannot add new Twitter accountsI added an editor as one of my users, and this user now cannot add his own Twitter accounts to HS login. So he had to create a new login account to do so.
Now he has two different logins. What do we do?-
Robert Yang started following the question "Can I add an editor who is already using BrightKit?" in HootSuite.

Robert Yang replied on December 10, 2008 07:07 to the idea "Suggestion: marking prayers Answered" in Kindle:
Our current solution for marking prayers "answered" is using the comment tool to mark your comment as a "praise". We have learned, however, that using the label as "answered prayer" is a clearer approach which will we are working on. Highlighting answered prayer is on our to-do list and I'm glad to hear that you think it will be useful.
Thanks for your input.

Robert Yang replied on July 19, 2008 17:51 to the question "How do I spark a prayer?" in Kindle:
You can currently spark a prayer from the Home page by viewing the "Most Recent Prayer" list. Click on "View More" at the below the prayer listing, and you will be taken to this page - http://kindlejoy.com/prayers/list.
We will be adding a "Spark It" button on the prayer detail page next week as we realized we need it on the prayer page too.
Robert Yang set one of Robert Yang's replies as an official response to "Deleting a group" in Kindle
Robert Yang replied on June 26, 2008 16:06 to the question "Deleting a group" in Kindle:
Deleting groups (and prayers) is currently not enabled in our system. We're asking users to make their groups and prayers "private" to hide them from public view.
The duplicate "private journal" is a known bug for us right now, and we're working to fix it. What we know is that everytime a user profile is changed and updated, a new private journal is created. We're looking into this, and hope to have it fixed shortly.
