I have a problem, I have opened a new tmobile line, however, I am able to send text messages internationally, however im not able to recieve them, I have called tmobile 6 times in the last two days but im still unable to recieve messages, however they tell me that my account is configured correctly, to prove my point, i bought a prepaid line right there, and was able to recieve text messages on it from the same source, to make matters worse I had the same source send a text message to a friend of mine on the tmobile network and the messages were recieved, its just my phone that fails to recieve them!!!!! ive changed out my sim card 2wice already, replaced the phone, and changed the phone number.
