Kint's dashboard

I have uninstalled and re-installed of course. The icon in the bottom right hand corner appears about every 5 times I fire up the browser.

Add-ons- Grease monkey, IE tab, foxy meter and Flash video Resources downloader-these are also in the bottom right-hand corner.

All other add-ons: Flash block, g-translate, Rikaichan, Add Bookmarks Here, Colorful tabs, Dictionary search, Dichne toolbar, Image Zoom, Paste and Go,Japanese-English dictionary for Rikaichan, Measure it, Mouse Gestures Redox, Names dictionary for Rikaichan, Hebrew spell-checking dictionary, Pearl Crescent Page Saver Basic, Piclens, Right Encoding, Smart Bookmarks Bar, Split Browser, Tab Mix Plus, Text Link, Unhide Passwords- may seem like many, but every single one tested for many moons and totally essential..
Thanks for your help!! I'm just curious as to what the problem is, as Thumbstrips is definitely something I have grown used to using in the past on FF 2 and is a great add- on for sure.

I'm on Firefox 3- have been using the beta version for a while and uploaded the final version yesterday. the problems started when I moved to the F3 beta version. I am using the default theme. The icon does not show up on "customize". Perhaps some conflict with other software?
