Hi Christian,

The two contacts you have pointed out are "forced" roster contacts. Which means everyone has them added to their contacts by the server everytime they login.

As for who they actually are well, moosaico is an instant messenger interface to a mud type game (send help with a lowercase h to find out more from him). Im.bbcprogrammes is an instant messenger tv guide query bot written by someone that works for the BBC over here in the uk (whomwah.com) however it doesn't seem to have been working for some time so I'll speak to Simon about removing that one.
