Whatever they do - don't copy Borders and resell the Sony reader with a branded ebook store by Sony. It's nothing more than a marketing gimmick by Sony.

I get the most value from Indigo when I'm browsing or need something instantly, with no shipping time. Digitization solves the shipping time, but doesn't help with my browsing, except in Amazon's case, where you can search inside books.

I'd like to be able to keep track of books I've bought and authors I like, and then get notified when a local Indigo has them, or have the option to get books Indigo doesn't stock as PDFs so I can catch up on series that I've missed and then buy the latest book.

Really, I'd like them to sell ebooks in the store and online, but as part of a better way to track my favourite authors and seeing what's in store.
