This is really a crucial problem leaving the program virtually useless as I do not export faces. Any news on a solution?

I just upgraded and new when I export with no isight video, there is also no audio.

Sorry if I asked already, but I'm getting a lot of reviews stored up in Silverback. How do I back them up? I found a huge folder in Application Support but the Folders in it have numbers, not names, so I assume these are the files for the reviews but how do I know which ones are which?

Doesn't seem to work on FREE wordpress.com. Many people are using blogs as their cms. Might be good to find a way to make it work.

I use the software for my own reviews and the quality of my face is terrible. When I use preview in iSight the quality is excellent so it is not my camera.

I do all the reviews myself. It would be better if my image stays on the page while record. I can't see if I'm in or out of the frame or if I am pointing to something under my image. Thanks chaps!

Thanks so much for all the swift replies. I was able to export, it just took a while. The program seems to run fine if I leave it for a while. This is an amazing product.

I found the program initially to be pure genius but when I tried to export, I had nothing but problems. The first try hung for 20 minutes so I forced quit. the second try I left and went to lunch and realized it looked crashed but did export the video which was AWESOME!!!! But the program crashed again leaving the export window. Program is really brilliant but seems pretty buggy on my Mac.

How long does it take to export?

I was exporting my first file and decided to add something. I hit cancel and nothing happened though the gorilla's fingers kept tapping, i felt the app had crashed. I waited 20 min for a small export and nothing happened.
