Adding new playlists and tracks/albums to the new playlist is already available on the iPhone app.
(In the "Playlists" view, click "Edit" and then the "+" to create a new playlist)

I have also had this problem earlier. Maybe the Outlook client plugin is at fault, since I am not using it anymore and haven't seen the problem in a while.

(Hint: Would be great if you could explain more on how the Windows Live limitatins affect the use, for instance, I assume you use the "starred" contact details first if there is a limitation on number of details, like Home email, supported)

Even with OAuth support, I would like to be able to add my twitter name without the need of providing your service access to my Twitter account. That should be even easier to implement.
