You can still copy paste if you access the context menu by pressing the trackball instead of the menu.

Copy paste items will be added back to the full menu in the next release.

I can't add friends

I can't add friends at all. I've tried adding via email, Twitter and Facebook. I get no errors on the site, and the buttons fade out as if successful. I don't have any friends or requests awaiting.

Uninstall and reinstall the application. This was a known issue and has been resolved.

It is a possibility. The BlackBerry Bible requires a data connection. It currently has no offline mode.

Indeed this is a problem if you have more than one reference on the contribution. I've added it to the bug list. Thanks for reporting it.

A comment on the question "How do I add location to group or event?" in LifeChurch.tv:

The event "takes place" at all the locations for the group. It really just enables it to be searched using all the locations for the event.

If you have different events going on at different locations, and you really need to enforce that the search only returns for one location, and not the other, you will need to create a separate group with just that location and create the event there.

You are not the first person to report the problem with Books, but I cannot duplicate the problem on my test device.

Any instructions you can give off a clean run (hit menu > "Exit" from the search screen, then run the app again) would be very helpful.

Also, what version are you using? If not 2.0.3, try that one first.
