This might be an old problem then. How can I "unclaim" those and restart with www.technologyhead.com and www.knowlengr.com?

I've reported it, the Company reportedly escalated it, but it's been in that status since June. Since the restore is incomplete, I can't put it in backup mode, rendering it useless in the interim.
