    Hi there ^^

    I do apologize that you haven't received a reply to your hacking report. Currently it takes approximately 3-4 weeks for a reply, but we anticipate having that down to 1-2 weeks very shortly.

    To ease your mind a bit, you don't need to know where your items went or who the hacker is. We do all the investigation once we receive your report, and the things you tell are us are a useful guide, but rest assured we don't expect you to do the work for us. ^^ We ask what items are missing more as a guide to help us see where/when the hack occurred, not to determine what items were actually lost and might need recovering. After all, we need to verify that you did actually lose those items, since sometimes people arent' always honest and add items in that they never had.

    At this time there's no way for you to see your gift history, but this is something that we're definitely working on changing.

    Regarding your username, we can't guarantee you'll be able to get it back, but we'll definitely do our best to reset your account to how it was before the hacking.

    And regarding hackers, our terms of service and rules and guidelines are quite clear: hacking is a bannable offense, and any accounts involved in hacking receive a permanent ban. Gaia never deletes accounts, but if an account is banned then it is frozen and cannot be accessed. Banned users can make new accounts on the site at this time, but obviously would be banned again if they did anything to violate the rules.

    I've been hacked and i have impt questions.
    I have been hacked about 12 days ago (i think) and i filed a hacking report already...
    I'm not here to complain and tell you guys to hurry up with my report since i fully understand that i'm not the only one who have send a report.
    So i'm patiently waiting for the respond.
    Anyways my hacker got into my account and changed my password good thing he didn't change my email so i had gotten back my account 2 days ago

    I checked what he/she took and traded and sold in the marketplace my stuff... and i found all my rares gone...

    He traded my stuff to 3 accounts... and i have print screened them...

    But i can't find what he has done to my major rare items such as winged anklets, coconut bra, angebow, staff of angels, wild things and etc.
    I have reason to believe he might have used the "give as a gift" option so i can't trace what happened to my beloved items,
    Is there a way to see my "give as a gift" history?

    And i reported the hacking report days before i was able to get back my account,
    He/she changed my username.
    So i can't change my username unless you guys solved my hacking report problem?

    Anyways i used
    Daraku Ryuso to report my hacking incident the hacker changed my username kOibitO to broz4life1.

    And lastly when i reported my hacking incident i wasn't able to type in all my items since i don't really memorize everything i own... will i be able to get ALL my items back even those i wasn't able to mention in the report?

    I'm really sorry it's my first time to get hacked and i have been in gaia for 4 years already and i'm just afraid that i won't be able to get all my hard earned stuff back.
    Please do answer my questions

    and last question:
    what happens to the hacker after?
    will his/her account be deleted then his emails be banned from registering to gaia ever again?
