Twitter will not authenticate

Twitter will not authenticate my user name and password. They are correct though as they work fine on twitter.com and other services. This occurs with special characters or without.

SocialThing does not seem to use the same password validation as Twitter. I have a very strong password using a combination of alpha numeric and symbol characters. This password works fine at Twitter.com, however, I cannot validate using it via socialthing.

My account was disabled yesterday out of the blue. I dont create groups, rarely message, and in reality don't use facebook a whole lot other then to keep up on events and friends news. The only thing I can figure out is that I was aggregating to much into my news feed, although they released the features for us to do that so I don't know.

I emailed them twice already with the only response being from the automated mailer.

Done. Thanks again. Sorry for the confusion. I guess my account being disabled must have caused the re-authenticate problem which in turn appeared to me that it was caused by social thing when I mixed up the social me being disabled with social thing. Once again thanks for the clear up and a great service!

I am still waiting on more info from facebook but I think the confusion here was started with the application "social me" being disabled as is shown at http://www.facebook.com/help.php. I will confirm with you as soon as I get more info of what is going on, but it appears that other users I have spoke to are not experiencing this problem either. Thank you for your quick response and information.

Facebook states that the SocialThing application has been blocked due to a violation in the privacy policy. Also, my personal facebook account has been disabled. Is this because I was using the application?
