Yes got your point.
What you can do is assign the task to the responsible person and cced that tatsk to "Share (cc) with Everyone" so, every one in the project can see the progress of the task. It might solve you problem.

If you make Regular User as Project Lead of that project then he/she will be treat as Super User for that project only. But only one user can be Project Lead. It might works for you.

Hi Adam,

I have did the same steps at our end on both the browsers, its working fine here.
When you click on edit link, it will open up a popup window where you can edit the files "Brief Name" and also you can share the file with other user, but before that you need to make sure that there are other users in your project to share that file.
You can assign the peoples to your project from "Team" Link Inside the project.

If still the link is not working the please do Shift+Refresh(F5) once and try again.

If this will not solve your problem then please can you mention any error or error message if you are getting?

Hello Avidan,

The pop-up window you are getting is not an error, its an alert message which prompt you if your milestone deadline/ end date is beyond the project end date/ deadline date.

So please try to put milestone deadline/ end date within the project time line (between project's start date and end date) or you can Extend project end date first and after that try to put your milestone deadline date.

It will solve your problem.

Hi MeganB,

You have a valid point, but if your team member will put the mouse pointer on red or green button then he can see the text which will tell him the team member is a part of project or not.

If button is green then he can see the text "The user can access DeskAway" & if button is red then he can see the text "This user is disabled and can not access DeskAway"

This will help him better to differentiate if the user is added or not.

No, It can be seen by other super users also but you need to give them Team Tab access.
For giving Team tab access either you can edit the team member and give the access or you can go to settings tab from there you can give the access of Team tab.
