Samalolo, when Camcorder is launched and set in background, another application that uses video camera couldn't be started. Qik completely releases it's camera resources in background, so it is allowed to start Camcorder when Qik is in background. But Camcorder does not do the same, so it will be in background until you completely exit from it using Back button.

BIS is not supported by Qik at this moment.
Qik uses DirectTCP interface to transmit data, you need to have this option enabled in your data plan in order to use Qik.

If Qik detects that at least one of required permission is not granted in your default permissions settings, it will bring you this screen. Required permission is automatically switched to 'Allow', the only thing you need is to select menu and 'Save', to confirm that.

The first thing to check is that you are streaming or uploading video without USB cable connected to PC. When device is connected to PC as mass storage, Qik doesn't have access to the SD card, where video files are stored.

Could you please send log files from device to blackberry@qik.com. Log files are located on SD card in Blackberry folder. That will help me to diagnose the problem. Thank you.

Which version have you used before upgrading?
What is your username of Qik?
Are you trying to stream via Wi-Fi or GPRS/EDGE/3G?

please check point #4.

You should not set video to MMS mode. Please select Normal mode in Video Camera application to use Qik.
