The first thing to check is Video Camera settings. You must record in Normal mode (not MMS mode).
Video Format: Normal (240 x 180)
Folder: /Media Card/BlackBerry/videos/
If it doesn't help please provide your username to blackberry@qik.com

Dmitriy Kornilov replied on February 24, 2009 15:53 to the question "No Connection to QIK on BOLD" in Qik:
In order to find logs, please connect the device to PC with USB cable , select 'Yes' to the question 'Do you want to turn on Mass Storage Mode? You might not be able to access some media files in this mode?" (if this question doesn't appear, please unplug USB cable and go to Options -> Memory and set property Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected: Prompt, then plug USB cable again).
After that you should have an access to /home/user folder of your BlackBerry handheld. There should be up to 20 qiklog*.txt files.
I hope this information will help.

Hi vsri,
Sorry for inconvenience. Direct link to download is http://qik.com/dl/180
I would like to analyze logs from your device, this will help me to undestand what's wrong, perhaps incorrect TCP settings prevent the midlet to connect to our servers. Can you please run this application, try to login, quit the midlet, then transfer logs to your PC and send me to s40@qik.com
Log file is located in the same folder with videos and called qik.log.
Thank you.

Please check that Options -> Advanced Options -> TCP and correct your APN settings.
