A comment on the question "How can I earn free credit?" in Rebtel:
Agreed you make a very good point. – Kosay, on November 06, 2009 11:40

Guys, for the love of god. The credit system is automated you can't be 'cheat' out of it. If you didn't receive credit, it means you did something wrong. It means either your friend didn't use the link in the email, or your friend didn't set their account correctly, or your friend didn't put any credit yet. I gave out 4 referrals and I got full credit because i made sure I walked my friends through it.
Please don't blame others for your mistakes, its not a very judicious practice....

You can't dictate a whole company's performance through one aspect. You need to pay attribute to other aspects of this company such as excellent customer service. – Kosay, on November 03, 2009 23:19
Kosay marked one of Efe's replies in Rebtel as useful. Efe replied to the question "my rates suddenly changed, what happened? I just recently signed up for the service because its a little affordable and most convinient. My rates went up for no reasons, and i am planning on switching it off for cheaper services.".

Tosin, most cards have the most obscene charges. Those includes charges of 3 minutes for simply dialing the number and no body picking up or charges of 5 minutes for hanging up. The silliest thing about them is that they tend to expire VERY fast. Just let your card sit for one day and the 5 dollars become 5 cents. Not to forget the extremely poor quality that is vastly surpassed by Rebtel. Besides, there is always a price for convenience; i.e: having a contact list, being able to send SMS and being able to call from any phone anywhere. Putting all those in regard just gets you to the conclusion that the prices really aren't bad at all. And one more thing, from experience, the customer service here is outstanding.
