We just released a feature today that does this - You can go to "Settings" and then "Notifications & RSS" You can uncheck this box to turn off your notifications for the entire wiki.

I agree! I am trying to ensure that not everyone sees my changes every time I make a change. I'd like to be able to adjust notifications for each individual.
