Yes, it seems that people have the most luck uploading images when they use the .png image format.

funny you should say that because i changed my image from a jpeg to a gif. Also i wanted to change my photo image and now it will not let me. What is going on.

just read all the comments and have the same problem. 6 months is too long for a problem like this to be fixed

Fixed it!

It was my fault, the sourcecode was right, but i saw the background-color-hex missed a 'zero'.

that's what I did wrong in the change color-panel. you should probably put some kind of check on there, but whatever.

I am having the same issue, why hasn't this been fixed since the first time it appeared 6 months ago?

It's not that big of a problem, but probably should be fixed.

My background image (it's only about 9KB) won't load. It was working before, but then I went to change it and now it won't upload any background pictures. It just defaults to the background colour.

Help? I'd be so grateful, it's really irritating.
