I am not repeatedly tweeting your name. You have a flair for hype. Anyone can search and see comments: http://search.twitter.com/search?q=ce... – Kris C., on February 13, 2009 21:06

I did not post lies. You *claimed* a contest existed for Twitter Killer Marketer of the Year, and that you were competing with tentative guests, NONE of whom seem to have ever heard of their involvement. (See pic above.) You had people's faces misrepresented with false names (See pic above.) You have now removed the original site and redirected to another one, where you are still asking for people's email addresses and won't say why you want to collect them.
As far as marketing is concerned, you have a LOT to learn, including how to deal with criticism of your sales tactics (my opinion.) As far as I am concerned this issue is resolved. I will not be commenting on it, or you, again.

I see you have changed the site from what it originally looked like. Why do you want people's email addresses??? – Kris C., on February 13, 2009 18:53

You have MADE UP a contest called "Twitter Marketer of the Year" and claim you will be competing against other people, that you elected to put on a web site with false names & descriptions over them. Not too great an idea for a so-called "marketer of the year." I saw your site because someone I know tweeted the link and said "this is why people hate marketers." I don't feel badly about alerting Twitter to this. I do branding & marketing and know value from empty hype. It is a problem for many people you are trying to collect their email addresses. I don't want people who are just now hearing about Twitter to learn about it in this way. It is a far better product than you depict it to be on that lame site.

Sham Marketer Takes Twitter Logo & Falsifies Information at http://www.twitterkillers.comThe user @ceoSEO is making false claims on his site. He is a sham marketer. The biggest problem I have with this, is that various friends and well-known people are on his website at http://www.twitterkillers.com/ and when you mouseover the names, they ALL have fake descriptions and names. I have blocked him. I request you suspend or ban him or something, and demand he take YOUR logo and people's avatars off of his site as well (if possible.) If you don't shut his scam down, who will?
I don't know if this is an abuse of your terms of service, but hope it is! Thank you.
Kris C. asked a question in BuzzDing! on January 29, 2009 03:04:
report results questionQuestion about reports: I put in four phrases for a project - all of them are products. For reasons that are unknown to me, I did two of them as the product name, and two products as the url for my "phrase." Is that likely to skew my results and make them uneven in terms of mentions??
Kris C. shared an idea in BuzzDing! on January 18, 2009 23:07:
drilldown from pie chart reportThere is something about the charts I find confusing. When I come in, it shows a graph of something - not sure what, but it is not until I add with a checkbox my phrase that I get anything meaningful, then I get "activity" pie. This pie is helpful, but I would love to be able to click and drill down and just see, for example, the "press" mentions vs. "bookmarks" or whatever. I am not sure if I can do this somewhere else or not.
Kristi Colvin replied on January 17, 2009 19:45 to the idea ""Search the Following" on the Add Phrase page" in BuzzDing!:
There is a mild difference in the approach. I am not sure it matters, but "Select All" means the user deliberately wanted to get all of those results, vs. you having all of them selected means they get all of them by default. Either method is more convenient. Do you have a recommendation for what users should search through? If so, some guiding text there might be nice also.-

I am merely a Twitter friend of Nick's, but this issue is disturbing since they stole his background, identical biographical info and even posted a couple of his old tweets. Kindly shut down this account and if possible, ban the highly immature and inappropriate individual who thought this was a fun idea. We don't need them on Twitter!

Thanks James - I am glad you're here, because I feel a little funny speaking up "for" them if you know what I mean. But I think Kirtsy has a great fun, brand and they are all good women, and this should be a non-issue. There is a legit company, KirtsyNews isn't it, they made the twitter account appear they are. What more is there to say? Give followers to legitimate brand owner and cancel the account, already!! – Kristi Colvin, on December 21, 2008 16:23
