There are still some kinks to work out with respect offline access. There's a fix in the works (version 1.2) which should be available soon in the App Store.

In the mean time, you can set your TripIt sync options to once a day to minimize the chances that your trips will be wiped out. To do this, go to 'Settings', scroll to the TripIt App, select 'Check for updates' and choose '1 day'.

I meant to mention that if a layover is more than 4 hours TripIt considers this your primary destination. You can easily change your trip destination via "Edit Trip Details" from your itinerary page. It may take approximately 15 minutes before you see the updated destination in your badge.

Hi Craig,

The feed you're referring to is your Location Stream. There are two types of iCal feeds associated with your Profile/Account: (1) Personal Calendar Feed (meant only for you) which contains continuously streamed detailed information for every trip in your account and (2) Your Location Stream (really meant for others) to view high level (main destination and dates) for every trip (except private ones) in your account.

Your personal calendar feed will always have information in it, regardless of your account settings. However, your public Location Stream will NOT contain information if your Profile is not public (under Profile/Publishing Options) and your Location Stream is not set to 'Everyone'. I think this is the confusing part.

If you meant to subscribe to your Personal Calendar feed you can access this at http://www.tripit.com/account/edit/se... .
