lol....are you the anti-christ? Apparently you didn't grow up with the traditional childhood most Americans have been accustom to. I respect different opinions on raising kids, but just because a crappy store like Walmart slipped up in customer service is not a reason to tell my kids Santa is a fake. I hope you don't have kids.

    Hey BigB

Guess you missed my point? I wouldnt shop there because my son almost found out the Fed Ex guy brought his xmas gift...not Santa. Every company USA ships in boxes. When shipping a kid's gift at Christmas time..a good retailer is going to note in the product/shipping info that it does not ship in a box. The experience is what drives me to not shop at Walmart. Well, that and it's a filthy store full of degenerates.

    Another Walmart story...
Just a story on Walmart...I ordered a nerf gun for my son for Christmas. My son is still at the age to believe in Santa. Nowhere on the website did it say how it would be shipped. It was a Saturday, and I was upstairs. My youngest son tells me some guy is at the door with a gift. I open the door, and there stands the Fed Ex guy holding the nerf box, which wasnt wrapped or in a plain box! I ran with the guy to hide it while my child stood there watching. Luckily the child who the gun was intended for didn't see this. But really, would you want your child finding out there isn't a Santa from a Fed Ex man? Walmart did address this by refunding my shipping, but the risk that happened was enough that I wont shop there again.

I agree. My modem goes down every night at the same time. After a few nights of unplugging it and resetting--I called Time Warner. She said a tech would have to come out. I recall when I first had Time Warner install my cable, they could reset my modem from whever they were. I told her to forget the service call. I work for ATT, just waiting for our discount on UVerse to kick in..then I will pleasantly leave TWC. If I am paying for a service, it should be relatively error free. And if not, I should not be charged for those times I can't use it.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY IN DAYTON OHIO
I am very exhausted from dealing with an agency that should be there to assist divorced parents with issues in relation to their rights and their children's rights. I get things in the mail almost monthly, that I have no clue why they are being sent. I can't read them because they are written in a format that really makes no sense. I call for explanation and always get someone on the phone who really has no clue. When I have a question on another matter and I call, they never get me an answer. I feel like I run in circles trying to just know what is going on in my child support case. I finally got a supervisor's name so I bypass the reps they have answering their phones. The last time I called her, she didn't return my call for days. When she finally did call, she claimed she had left me several messages.

I think whoever is over this at state level, needs to get involved and make the process of being divorced with children, not such a daily hassle. I am currently filing a contempt charge and they send you paperwork which is also written in a different language. You do what you think it is asking, and then it gets mailed back to you correcting what you did wrong. I am on my 3rd revision. No personal contact on this matter, no help from the agency, just mail it back w/ notes for me to correct things. It is sad that a parent has to do this, just to get the court to address the wrong doings of the other parent.

I advise anyone who is thinking of divorce and has children, to think twice. The experience in protecting your rights on your own might change your mind.

I have the same issue with my Dell laptop. I have to keep it plugged in now and it registers that I have no battery. (?) I haven't bought the replacement cord yet, but am using the one I have bandaged with duct tape. I have only had the laptop for 2 years.
