No worries, Dave. Adding an image is one of the hardest things to do because there are several steps. After uploading an image you then have to snag the title of the image and then edit it into the page where you want it to be.

Upload the image at http://www.aboutus.org/Special/file/u... and then copy (cntrl + c) the title of the image (like "Image:Example.jpg") and then paste (cntrl + v) that into edit mode on the http://www.aboutus.org/AToZMoversInc.com page, and lastly add two square brackets on either side of it so it looks like this: [[Image:Example.jpg]]

Which company/website charged you? Who is it that you're trying to contact?

I would recommend contacting your bank/credit card company and disputing the charges and changing your card #.

Well, the founders of the US came from England... where they speak English. So I think it was natural and the one language that they all spoke. I doubt they needed to vote on it at all.

I went ahead and edited the email address for you.

Thanks for the helpful info. I will take a look at this area of the site in Internet Explorer and see if I can duplicate it and help our developers pinpoint the bug so they can fix it. (AboutUs.org tends to have more bugs in IE because the staff uses Macs primarily.)

Can't upload logos (11/18/09)
I am having all sorts of problems uploading logos on pages created by the new bot today. When replacing a logo I can't get it to work, and when adding a logo for the first time I get the error "Au-site-logos".

http://www.aboutus.org/MixTape.me is an example of a page that I'm having the problem on.

That's weird. Is there an error that you're receiving when you try to edit the email address? Which web browser are you using? (Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3, etc.)

What should the email address be for the site?

Thanks for pointing this out. We actually noticed this bug with images being stored as "thumbs" (in that first URL there) just yesterday, but another example should help our developers pin it down and fix it. Thanks so much!

Unfortunately, pages created by the new bot do not have a main "edit" button that allows for editing of the whole page. There are the "About", "Logo", and "Address/Contact" sections which can't be removed or changed, but the "Wiki" section lower on the page will be just like what you are used to.

We are working to make improvements to these pages and I hope that we will have something more flexible, but at least the one upside is that these pages are easier for a brand new person to edit.

If you'd like we can do a little manual hacking and convert a page back into the old format - shoot us an email at help@aboutus.org (or comment here) with links to the page(s) you would like changed to old bot pages and we can do that for you.
