Sybil, I just tried everything you suggested, and it did not work: the link on your web site, one slash or two. It didn't matter. I got the same error.
Now the bottom line is that the Aweber Joomla plug in does not work either. That's why I was calling. The Aweber email parser does not like the rules given in the instructions. Aweber does not support your product and wants $50 to look at it.
Can you give me any support on your product?

Well the support desk does not work for me, a paying customer. I cut and pasted the actual error message right into the post after licking on your link. I also posted a question to this Talk feature, your email web post form, and calling the telephone number. I have tried those 4 ways of contacting you, and have received no assistance whatsoever in getting the Aweber plugin for Joomla to work. And I tried it again just now and got this again:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_get_iv_size() in /home/intellispire/domains/support.intellispire.com/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 3383
Some support.
